3. Account Registration & Security

Single Account Policy
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bb22. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly forbidden and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bb22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

- bKash — Mobile Financial Service (MFS) wallet. Minimum deposit: ৳200.

Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. To protect against fraud and money laundering, bb22 enforces the following withdrawal conditions:

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- Bonuses are only available to eligible players with verified accounts. New players must complete KYC verification before their welcome bonus is credited.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to real withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- bb22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion being cancelled, any bonus funds not yet converted to cash following fulfilment of wagering requirements will be forfeited.
- Bonus abuse, including the use of automated scripts, coordinated bet-hedging, or the opening of multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion may be restricted to specific slot titles and are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus forms unless stated otherwise.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activities on bb22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute resolution in your favour.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may differ based on the event, market, or game selected. bb22 reserves the right to limit stakes for individual players at its sole discretion.
- Cricket betting markets include pre-match and live in-play options for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers.
- Live casino game results are final once confirmed by the game interface. No bet placed on a live casino game may be cancelled, altered, or reversed after the game round has commenced.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or event, bb22 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to the player's account balance.
Slots & RNG Games
All slot and RNG-based games available on bb22 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. 7. Prohibited Activities
